Have you guys found any really helpful books I can get while I'm waiting for surgery next month? Thanks! I'm not allowed to lose any weight before surgery or insurance might deny me. ☠carolinagirl☠ 18,721 Posted September 12, 2012 def and strongly recommend that band bible by our pal Jean. it tells you step by step (in a non doctorish) form what to expect, how to succeed etc.....def worth the purchase. mine is highlighted with so many colors, i told jean that it is visible from outer space.
