Ok Guys What Books Are Good?

Just did an Amazon search for lap band and got like a hundred results. Have you guys found any really helpful books I can get while I'm waiting for surgery next month? Thanks!

I'm not allowed to lose any weight before surgery or insurance might deny me. I am right at 40 bmi. I'm trying to keep myself busy while I wait.....ugh!

I strongly recommend Bandwagon by Jean McMillan. It is the best book on the band, I refer to my copy almost daily.

def and strongly recommend that band bible by our pal Jean. it tells you step by step (in a non doctorish) form what to expect, how to succeed etc.....def worth the purchase. mine is highlighted with so many colors, i told jean that it is visible from outer space.
