jessasmile78 6 Posted September 11, 2012 So, I fought emotional eating tonight. I auditioned for something and didn't get picked and it just so happened I was at the store when I found out. So, there I am standing in the store wanting to eat Crappy comfort food. I reached out and was 90% talked off my emotional response. I had such anxiety about it. Breath breath get out of the candy aisle. Ended up with animal Cookies, but considering what I was originally going to devour I at least feel like I attempted to acknowledge the behavior maybe next time I will resist buying anything at all. I still have moments where I struggle with dealing with stress and strive to take every chance to make a better choice. I'm also always open to hearing how other people do this.
