NSV=non scale victory Bandster hell is when u have been banded but dont have restriction from the fills yet sp basically u are able to eat as much as u want Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

This is because feel like they don't have a band during that period and have to rely on will power to lose weight in the meantime. PB- Productive Burp.
