Kellysue 7 Posted September 10, 2012 Just had my first fill. That was not bad AT ALL. I was scared. I wasn't numbed or anything and it was simple. He put in 2.5 cc and after drinking Water I can feel it, but not bad. He said he would be a little aggressive for the first one, but if in the morning, I am too tight we need to take some out. I have lost 15 pounds since I started by band journey, so I guess I am not a complete failure even though i've eaten like I wanted for about 8 months. 1 NWgirl reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Heck, in that much time ive been known to gain 50 pounds. (Of course, I hope never to do "that" again post op). Still eight months of will power... yikes! Kellysue 7 Posted September 11, 2012 A lot of it was my schedule and the fill clinic. There is only one place to get it here so I had to go off his schedule and it was just difficult. Tsign36 37 Posted September 11, 2012 Congrats on your first fill! I go in for my first on the 17th, it will be 4 weeks post op... I am nervous as well, my Dr. does 5cc the first time and then 1cc every two weeks till green zone is found... but I am nervous!
