Debbie3sons 1,936 Posted October 21, 2012 I was also banded on the 28th < but I was not getting satisfied by the mushy foods so I asked the surgeron if I could have food with substance . He told me in moderation lol but if I knew moderation i WOULDN'T BE in the 300''s I did go down to 276 july 11th & on oct 10th I was 240 now I haven't had a fill yet but I am going back on the liquid meals for three weeks I am so dissapointed in myself I want to be down to 135 & I have a very stresfull job I think cause I have ben off a month that I went to my depressed state , please don't get that way it's not good , well I hope u do better than I feel I will check in when I can u keep up the work good luck on ur journey.
