well im on my second month of my mandatory diet with a nutritionist. well today was all bad. I mean all bad. I over ate. I didn't eat good foods and I so didn't get my Protein in. I feel like crap about it. tomorrow is another day.

ok, so yesterday was (bad). i am sure its not as (bad as you think). even so, like you said, tomorrow is another day.

so get on with it.

think positive, go hour by hour, day by day.

you can and will do this. one set back is not the end of the world. giving up is and i know you are not giving up.
