neece1 3 Posted September 9, 2012 I decided to go to graduate school. The first class starts tomorrow and I am a mess. I know it's stress but I am craving carbs something awful. Lapbandster 496 Posted September 9, 2012 Try to train yourself to relieve stress by working out. I used to also get satisfaction by eating food. Food calmed me down too. But i'm trying to get to a place where I can feel EVEN BETTER by doing exercise and releasing those endorphins!
