First Stressful Event Without Food As My Bff.

I decided to go to graduate school. The first class starts tomorrow and I am a mess. I know it's stress but I am craving carbs something awful. I think maybe I will try to journal or something.

Congratulations on your first day of graduate school. The fact that you recognise this as a stressful event means you are well on the way to coping with it without emotional eating. WTG! Best wishes.

Try to train yourself to relieve stress by working out.

I used to also get satisfaction by eating food. Food calmed me down too. But i'm trying to get to a place where I can feel EVEN BETTER by doing exercise and releasing those endorphins!

There are many things you ca do to help yourselfr in stressful situations you just gotta find a healthy outlet!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
