lupediva 56 Posted September 9, 2012 Do we lose more weight in summer or winter. I live in Alabama and when it's hot it's hot and when it's cold it's freezing. Does the temp make a difference?
2muchfun 8,927 Posted September 9, 2012 I doubt seasons have much to do with losing weight except for holidays. It's also harder to work out outdoors in the winter so that may play into it but temperatures should not matter. tmf 2 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! and Maddysgram reacted to this
