Ladybandito 516 Posted September 10, 2012 T-bone steak (I share with hubby, I get the filet part) with vanilla-fig balsamic reduction and bleu cheese crumbles (for him) and Italian green Beans and a small green salad. I still like to cook!
roobearb 5 Posted September 10, 2012 I had some roasted speggiti squash, a few slices of zucchini grilled, mashed cauliflower, 5 chicken wings.. I am not sure serving sizes yet but I feel like in my mind maybe I'm over eating. I eat about what I would serve a toddler overall..

TracyW2 137 Posted September 11, 2012 I made the family chicken alfredo. Ohh it smelled so good. However, I had tuna salad and cucumbers. Oh and my nightly Protein shake.
Ladybandito 516 Posted September 11, 2012 Are you able to eat the flour tortilla? How far after surgery were you able to eat them? Jenna, I'm eight months out and I can still eat them if I take small bites and chew really well. Don't do that often, though, as I feel really full on not much nutrition! Tonight I had about half a cup of mixed tortellini, mushrooms and very soft beef in a little gravy. It was good and filling. I don't do Pasta very much either, but it was just about three tortellinis!
SueBee01 630 Posted September 14, 2012 I go out for soft shell chicken tacos all the time! I just scrape the guts out and throw the taco away. Add a little retried Beans and guacamole and mix it all together. That way my husband and I both enjoy going out fir Mexican.
