SueBee01 630 Posted September 8, 2012 I am eating out tonight, again. Japanese tonight so probably Hibachi chicken or shrimp with grilled vegetables (kids portion). marfar7 1,533 Posted September 8, 2012 We play poker on Sat nites, so I'll eat finger food. I made chicken salad sandwiches. They'll probably be chicken wings, pizza, and other finger foods there. stokesmommy 45 Posted September 8, 2012 I had my fast bean mix its 1/2cup seasoned black Beans 1/2 cup fixed canned tomatoes 1/4 cup cheese 2 yellow corn tortillas diced and added to the above microwaved for theo and a half minutes then I add tapitilo and a little sour cream. mix and enjoy. it may sound weird but I was so good and in so full Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ddrobins 58 Posted September 8, 2012 We had dinner with friends. I had one slice pizza. Ate all the veggie and cheese topping and about half the crust. Then i had one bite of my hubbies chocholate cake. I felt satisfied and since I eat slowly, I'm not done before everyone else. I had about 900 calories for the day and around 80 gr. Protein. It's working for me, I'm able to eat with family and friends and not even miss the old way that I used to eat.
