Just got back from my 2 week post op and since surgery ive lost 13 pounds!!!! I can now move to mushu foods!!! I may truly have lost a little more because im bloated from being on my monthly!!! They said everything looks great and to not focus on calories yet just Protein. I feel so good about myself right now.

What a great post! So nice to hear you sounding so happy! Congrats on making it to the pureed (mushy) stage! That's terrific, and 13 pounds! Not too shabby! Sounds like you have plenty of incentive to stay motivated. Best of luck for continued success!
