Slept in bed last night, on my back only:-( miss sleeping on my side/tummy. Feeling good! More gas today but I am able to pass it, drinking lots of Mint tea and keeping moving. Getting in my 64oz of Fluid, but I am not hungry. I do get hunger pains though, after I drink a little it goes away:-) I got in my 60 grams of Protein yesterday and so far about 50 today, but it 's not easy when your not hungry. 4 oz of ff milk and a scoop of Protein Powder are going down best right now. Gonna do some Unjury chicken Soup for dinner, that will give me another 20 grams of protein for the day:-) Had a sugar free fudge pop last night, that was refreshing! Not much pain, just feeling really bloated.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
