8/22 banded...today is my last day of mushies. I am on to soft foods. I have not been up to grocery shopping and lifting the bags so I ordered PeaPod. I need to be sure I have healthy food ready so I am not tempted to eat unhealthy. I don't believe I have much, if any restriction, so I have to be very careful.

tempted to eat.......that is diet thinking. you are not on a diet. you making a change in your life. do not be afraid of food. just because whatever food is there, does not mean you have to eat it. (even if doritos calls my name). just hang in there. get out of the diet thinking and continue on your journey. you are doing so fantastic :)
