Am super stressed out and feel very different about life now. My husband is not so bending. I know this process can be a roller coaster ride but man.... This ride is not fun at all

So sorry to hear that! Stay strong and try not to let that get you down. Remember, you deserve this and you have come along way to go back. This is about making yourself and your health a priority. yah i totally understand where you are coming from

I'm very frustrated these days (lots going on)

And the weight is coming off super slow (bandster hell!!), which my family constantly keeps reminding me of. Everyone expected the weight to magically melt off!

Hang in there! It is really difficult for our loved ones to understand what we are going through and also why they cannot necessarily see the weight just melting off us.

Remind your husband, and yourself, that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Thank him when he is supportive and choose your battles when he is not. For example, I don't kick up a fuss when my husband chooses not to get up early and bike ride with me but I make sure I thank him for the yummy healthy meals that he prepares for us.
