I have a similar job as you. I'm a engineer on the railroad. I sit for more than 12+ hours at least 5 days a week and the other days are layover days.

The Lap Band is not magic that will allow you to lose weight and keep it off.

I had to learn no matter how many hours I work I. A week, you still have to work the program of diet and exercise. This is a must.

If you aren't willing to actually have a change in your lifestyle, don't do it. If you want to change everything about your life, then do it.

Would Houston be too far? I'm in Angleton and I have a great Dr. In Houston. I took 3 days off work and timed my surgery with Labor Day so I had six days to recover.
