kyrrin1 25 Posted September 18, 2012 Congratulations!!! Take it easy, don't do too much. If it was laprascopic keep moving and watch for the gas pains. Hope you feel even better tomorrow
steve paul smith 9 Posted September 18, 2012 Thanks Kyrrin, yes it was laparoscopic and I have been for a walk round the ward - bit dizzy but no bad pain - feeling better every hour, had clear Soup and sugar free jelly for dinner - took my time eating it and savouring the jelly taste. I am so happy I made this decision to get my health back on track - 2 Maddysgram and kyrrin1 reacted to this

It was not to be. Sounds like you are set with the pillow, remote etc. let us all know how you are doing.

Sounds like you are set with the pillow' date=' remote etc. let us all know how you are doing.[/quote'] Thanks for your support, I am day 8 now and last two days I have been to gym and done a cardio vascular workout - no pain or problems, the puréed diet is going ok - but have lost the feeling of being full - another month till my first fill - in the meantime I will keep my portions controlled and carry on at the gym - amazing how quick the body heals - so glad I did this ! I know someone who lived in Epsom and is now buried overlooking Epsom downs racecourse - god bless him All the best from a wet and flooded uk
