I read it backwards.... I dont see the hidden message......

The message is to Trust God. And if you need a reminder take out a dollar bill (it says "in God we trust"), same thing on a court room. It also means that if you can't feel the presence of God inside of you, then you can just go anywhere outside and see his work everywhere to remind you that He is everywhere.

Did I win, did I win??? :D

Maybe there should be a different category for religious propaganda. This doesn't seem like general lap band surgery thread worthy.

I agree, Banderama.

From out of no where comes this opinion...perhaps it should have been posted in the Rant & Rave section. Just sayin.

I honestly see it like any other topic on here, if I don't agree or like it, I just pass by it. No one is forcing me to read or like anything.

Everyone has a voice and their motivators, if this particular motivator doesn't apply to you, then just pass it over and ignore it.

Okay well I don't want to waste my time reading something like this. But I guess I will just have to deal with strange posts popping up not related to lapband weightloss, or really making any sense at all.

There is a different forum for religious propaganda, the problem is that Schrumm doesn't believe that she should have to use it. She is on a mission to save/convert us all. Because God is on her side she is above the rules and can post her stuff wherever she wants.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
