lchouinard83 13 Posted September 3, 2012 I go to the gym, but I am looking to incorporate some home workouts also to keep things exciting. I started doing a cardio Kickboxing DVD and am pleased with it, but looking for a couple more DVDs to add in. Anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any feedback! Thanks... MeredithMcFee 98 Posted September 3, 2012 I love Leslie Sansone's DVD's. I have many other's starting with Kathy Smith and Denise Austion, Cardio, kickboxing, Pilates, you name it. but I have to say, doing Leslie Sansone's 5 mile fat burning DVD has really chiseled down my hips, thighs & buttock area! All the other's never could do that for me as much as this one has. You would think basically walking in place is easy but I have to say, it's a great workout and I even push it further with more stamina to get a better workout. Having said that, I do alternate and use the other's from time to time as well as using our elliptical and treadmill, but 2-3 days out of the week, it's Leslie & me. Good luck! 1 Jepegurl reacted to this

MellioM 116 Posted September 3, 2012 I'm doing P90X but it lacks cardio so I'm buying Insanity soon If you have netflix you can find workout videos on there. They aren't bad for beginner stuff .
apreezy1 13 Posted September 3, 2012 I use wii active sports if you have a wii... It has a heart rate monitor on it to track your calories and it makes me work up a sweat.
Strong 1 Posted September 5, 2012 You can do some workout at home if you can't go to gym for workout. You can do push ups, pull ups, sits ups, and yoga exercises at home to improve your health and fitness level. Yoga is more effective exercise that you can do at home without any equipment. physical workout Rutherford

DetChatt 188 Posted September 13, 2012 I'm all about P90X too (and the new 10-minute trainer series). I mix that with my elliptical.
