Pre Opp Cambridge Style

Hi, i have got to be on pre opp for 4 weeks as my liver hadnt shrunk enough but lost weight.

Im doing the liquid diet from tomorrow. The cambridge diet shakes. I got on ok with them but im nervous whatever i do my liver wont shrink.

Best of luck... if you follow exactly what your Doctor says, your liver will have no choice but to give in and shrink.
