I'm FINALLY on the home stretch of a long road! (Well, I still have a long way to go) Next week, 9/8, I will have my Lapband Surgery, my life will officially begin again! My doctor recommended a low carb pre op diet this week and then nothing but liquids (clear) the entire day before my surgery. Any suggestions are much appreciated! Also, anyone out there who's had the surgery yet?? How do you feel? Thanks!
