Maybe tmi but just curious .. My af is expected a few days after surgery .. tflemon67 88 Posted August 31, 2012 mine was came the same day.. i was told that the blood thinner given prior to surgery causes it to come earlier than expected I've had a little breakthrough light bleeding not much I'm so glad to see that it may just be from the blood thinners I had last week prior to surgery. It's happened about twice since surgery and I'm not do for a cycle for a couple of weeks. Good to know.

TracyW2 137 Posted August 31, 2012 Surgery can do weird things to a body. I had surgery on the 10 and have had af twice in 2 weeks after that. That was after I just had it a week before surgery.
justathing2me 146 Posted August 31, 2012 I had an endometrial ablation in June. I was hoping to be thin and period free! I got mine 2 days after surgery...a week early!
FLORIDAYS 3,040 Posted September 3, 2012 I got mine the day before surgery.. Nice huh. But then that was the last one I had.....my obgyn thinks my weight loss maybe somehow triggered my body into menopause ....Sounds weird I know but everything checks out... And I am through menopause according to my blood levels.... and I never ever realized it...I guess there was too much going on in my body....but I sure do not miss it! NWgirl 574 Posted September 4, 2012 Mine came as it was expected and was not brought on early by surgery. For some, it seems to come the same day and others stays the same.
