How much have you lost so far? I was banded yesterday...

well i havent gotten back on the scale yet. i've been following the diet as instructed and will go back in on 9/27 to get on the scale. I'm a scale addict & feel like its best to stay off of it until i go to the dr's office :unsure:. the last weigh in was 9/6 and i was @ 14lbs gone then so.......

I will surely keep you posted
