Day one Breakfast------------8oz Protein shake lunch----------------5 half stalks of celery,12 very small pieces of carrott and 1 can slimfast dinner --------------made mixed vegies steamed also had about 80 ozs of Water today, I think I will buy stock in bathrooms Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
nanster 0 Posted March 23, 2006 leenerbups: I also had dehydration issues as I withdrew from sugar and caffeine. I did some PediaSure freezer pops and also Gatorade and it really helped. (not lo-cal, but at this point in recovery, not the issue) I agree that if these things don't help RIGHT AWAY, get an IV. Dehydration is VERY hard on your body at any time, so even more so after surgery. Do whatever you need to to get it fixed.
