Whitney Cunningham 1 Posted August 31, 2012 I'm also at 6cc and I don't feel much restriction and stay hungry. I don't do bread or pork well though. But I can do bread on occasion when I'm feeling really naughty. I just wish I'd get full off 4oz of food! 1 lappyloo reacted to this
Skyvic 226 Posted September 4, 2012 I think everyone's band us different in the way they feel, with specific foods and feeling of fullness. You may just need another adjustment. I've seen people in this forum that don't even have an adjustment and lose as well as feel full. We are all so different:)
Annfargo 5 Posted September 5, 2012 I agree everyone is different. I don't eat bread anymore as I know it is wasted calories and I'd rather eat something that is going to benefit me and give me what I need to stay full longer. This whole journey has been hard but well worth it. I hope you continue to do well in your journey.
JessRess 14 Posted September 8, 2012 The biggest problem I have with bread is that its dry. I can tolerate crackers but sandwiches and cake are a no go. My situation is the opposite. I can eat most dry breads like toast and crackers but moist bread gums up and gets stuck (Croissants, breadsticks ect). Best of luck!
