I can't tell you the last time I had a stomach flu this bad, BUT....

1) sooooo glad I got BEFORE my procedure

2) It's a good practice for the liquid diet! My Carnation Breaskfast mixed with Water is all I can get down.

3) Maybe I can drop a few before my final weigh in :-) Every little bit helps!!
