Does anyone use the "lose it "app?

I don't know that app but I am going to go check it out! I use the My Fitness Pal app because I use the food diary as well.

I do. I've used Lose It religiously since the day I was released from the hospital. I absolutely love it. I'd be lost without it.

Me too, I love the barcode scanner and the ability to look up restaurant food. Both have helped me so much!

I havent heard of that one. I use my fitness pal and love the barcode scanner on my phone and ipod. I track food and exercise with it.
