Frozen meal ideas for family during my post op? I'm looking for family meal ideas. Do you have some suggestions... things you've done or will do? Maybe even a favorite food planning/healthy recipe website. I want food dishes that i can prepare ahead of time and freeze. So all my kids need to do is throw it in the oven, and make a side salad or something. Help!

I made lasanga and ziti and froze them. I'm probably freezing chicken Soup next.
