I find I use it more now that I've adjusted to the idea that I need to be watching carb and Protein numbers. It's so good!

I have been using the calorecount.about.com because i don't have an i phone and it give you a lot of brand names which makes it easy and ther is a section that gives you your intake of all the nutritions, like carbs, Protein, fat calories etc. I then journal my information an excel spreadsheet and paste it from the caloriecount.about.com.
