I am proud of myself! I have lost 4 lbs already! I am eating the two small meals and day and drinking the Protein Shakes 2 times a day. I have also been working out. Never thought I would say that! Surgery is set for Sept 6th. 11 more days!!!! I am super excites and ready to start my new life!
