Why Isnt This Working For Me?

Where are you located? LapBand is not FDA approved for under 18 in the US right? I hope that wherever you are going for fills & advice you have reputable doctors to help you with these issues! Best of luck, dear!!

Yea 1800 Cal is wat I was eatn before I wad banded. N thats for someine who wants to maintain thier Wt not lose

It really depends on weight. At my current weight I need about 2300 calories (based on height and weight) to maintain. When you're losing you're supposed to subtract 500, which leaves me right at 1800. I'm not in the "green zone" so that's the number of calories I aim for, but I have some restriction so, I can't eat that much but it's definately over 1200 and I have been losing still.

Cut your calories to 800-1200 calories a day and workout regularly. No sodas, junk food, high carb, calories or fat foods. Until then you will not lose weight because u are eating like an unbanded person. The band is a tool, not a miracle, use it too ur advantage. Protein is always first, it keeps u full longer. Goodluck.

Also eat ur Protein first then veggie n if ur still hungry which u shouldn't b but if u r eat.carbs last

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
