I am having a hard time finding food that does not give me gas or loose bowels. I seem to be lactose intolarent, peanut intolarant, grilled chicken breast stuck on my Saterday. I have a food list from my dr. But most items on the list are being stripped off for variaing reasons. I am not complaining, I just need ideas!

Make your own. Just boil some veggies in some stock and then blend until you hit the desired consistency. You can add herbs and spices to taste. If you want extra Protein try adding Beans or lentils or chickpeas etc

Although the gas may be something you just need to get used to. Most bandsters find they burp and/or fart a lot more than they did preband

After being banded you should try to cook your own food as much as possible, store bought foods are not as healthy. Veggie Soup is quick and easy to make especially if you make a big batch and freeze it.
