great Protein Drink

Hi all I wanted to share: Sick of the Isopure drinks so last night I made a Choc banana shake It was great. I used 2 scoops (50 grams of Designer Whey) chocolate, A little Water, a little Non Lactose milk, ice cubes and A ripe Banana I had in the freezer and whiped it up in the blender. I really enjoyed it. I cant want to start berry fruit. Try It for a change of pace!!

Another awesome protien powder drink is Kashi Go Lean chocolate (30g protien per drink) - blend it good with ice cold milk. Yum. I had major jaw surgery a couple of years ago and existed on that and Odwalla Superfood for 3 weeks! - enjoy, Dawn
