Lesson learned the hard way. For my first visit and weigh in to the surgeon, I wore the lightest clothing I owned, didn't drink anything, and attempted to pee every last drop out before getting on the scale. At my follow up it dawned on me how incredibly unbrilliant this was! I should have worn normal to heavy clothes and slurped all the Water in the world so later it looked like I'd lost more! Oops!

I've been known to do all that plus cut my toenails, shave my legs and remove all my jewelry. I got me some heavy hairy legs you know!
