Hopeful Cynic 0 Posted August 19, 2012 I am usually pretty cynical about online groups and whatnot, but I have been reading through posts on here and decided to give this a shot. I just got approved for my surgery a couple of days ago, it is looking like I am going to have it in October (I am still trying to save up some money). Reading about the surgery makes me more nervous on some fronts and less on others. I have some added stresses into the surgery, such as the fact that I am Bipolar II and have been dealing with that for several years now. I have virtually no one around me supporting this, or those who do are very clueless in what they are actually supporting. At the same time -- I don't really want to make it public to people, ya know? It makes me feel like I couldn't do it on my own and am somehow less than... Anyway, I am someone who likes to be very informed about any decisions I make, so expect to see me here often!

chubsy 1 Posted August 19, 2012 Hi do you mind sharing what it took for you to get approved from insurance? Thanks
arizonaduner 0 Posted August 26, 2012 Chubsy, if your asking me I can tell you I have Medicare and united health. I went to the seminar and they did the work for me. If you use Medicare you have to be sure it is an approved facility. True results is not approved but Bridges is. A lot depends on where you live but I did the research first got declines and when I called I found out rage above information. Good luck to you the seminar answers any questions.
