I know I know! Ask me if you need to!!! Today is a great day. Eating properly, choosing well, exercise, plenty of Water, none while eating or for for 1 hour after. It works! It really works! Let's live banded and quit fighting it! Thanks Teresa...great kick in the butt. :confused:

:phanvan I will probably need to be kicked...errr reminded not to drink for an hour after eating!!!! I think this will be my hardest habit to break!!!!!!

I'm trying, I'm trying...I need to see y'all soon, life is just so crazy right now. Did I mention I'm going to El Salvador??? Not until July, but it's a lot of preparation and planning for it (thru the DC Ethical Society). There's a good 17 days I won't have to worry about eating junk...or exercising

I am going to keep this on my mind tomorrow when I start to crave my daily chicken drumstick or chicken wing.
