I am down 3 lbs, I'm sure it is just Water weight, but I woke up this morning and weighed myself, it gave me the courage to keep on going, only 14 days left until surgery.

YAY congrats. I too am in the pre op diet I have surgery on the 28th and I am 4 days into the diet and down 7 pounds I just cant update my ticker but yay for us only good things lay ahead for us congrats again

That was the best part of the pre-op diet for me. Even though I knew it was Water weight, the scale was moving. Finally moving, and in the right direction! It gave me the encouragement to keep with it.

yay it is great, Friday morning I weighed in a total of 8 pounds lighter. Only 12 days to go!!!
