Good news that is accomplishment it's goin on three years first year lost 80ibs slipped band goin into second year n now gainin put on 30 I'm horrified goin to liquid for a week if weight don't go down then it's thyroid something

I had 3.4cc's removed. I think when I get it filled I'm gonna take a little less.. The two weeks on liquids is gonna be rough but I really don't want to gain too much back..I feel restriction with the band not filled anyway so I should be ok..
