How Did You Decide Your Goal Weight?

I am 5'2" and i picked 136 as my goal weight. Its the highest weight i can be with a healthy bmi. Sounds good to me. I also have a dress hanging up that i want to fit comfortably in. Its a very cool gauze type dress that is tie dyed. That is my motivation! It is a ladies size XL. Hopefully next spring it will fit!

I did the same thing. I'm 5'1", so I looked for the point on the bmi chart where I would no longer be overweight. That's somewhere in the 130-135 range. It's not the lowest I've ever been, but I think it's maintainable.

I've picked the mid point of the healthy BMI weight range for my height of 1.73 metres, with 66 kilos my ultimate goal after starting at 99.

Each week I aim to lose around a kilo. At 88 now, I'm hoping in half a year I'll be around the goal weight
