Well I called my ins today and they pay for 80% of it didn't seem like it was going to be to much I have to do I will find out Friday more in detail on what is required by me , have a appt for Sep 13th

Well I went for my appointment today it was great the ins company did not require anything I had all my testing done for the doc today and they said my surgery would prob be set for end of next month :)
