I Loss 19Lbs The Last Seven Days

Hi everyone, I finally go to my first Dr. visit tomorrow. I loss 19lbs last week because I don't have an appetite and two family members died 6 days apart. I was going to one funeral and get a phone call the other died it's really hard. I will post later Happy Weight Loss!!!!!

I was 387lbs. now 368lbs.
