melz 10 Posted August 13, 2012 Heyyyy.... I was banded 8/9/12 and weighed 324.5 today 8/13/12 I weight 309.7... Down 15 pounds and thrilled. Rojasanoll 920 Posted August 14, 2012 Congratulations! Yes, I had trouble after the band even with no restriction, finishing my 11oz Protein shake at a setting. So, I drank 2-3oz every 10-15 minutes. Then I crushed all my med pills and mixed them in nonfat greek yogurt with some splenda and ate 2 tsps. Took in a little Water. 2 hours later, I slowly drank Crystal light.
