Chris410 5 Posted August 13, 2012 Ok, so I was banded on 7/27. About a half to one inch down from my port incision, there is some tenderness and the skin is firm to the touch. Is that where my port is that I am feeling or could it be a hernia? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jim1967 3,569 Posted August 13, 2012 My port is in the center of my stomach just to the lower left of my large incision and I do believe I have a hernia on the far right side of the same incision. I go to see my doctor tomorrow and will have it checked. I know its definitely not my port as the problem area is no where near the port and I can feel both.
