Skyvic 226 Posted August 13, 2012 Know that some don't count calories and some do. I am working harder to get to goal with exercising and eating one cup per meal. What kind of calories are you eating if you do count them. I have not up until about two weeks ago. I can't seem to get more than 1,000. But my fitness pal says eating too low...what to do? ballajones 61 Posted August 13, 2012 I personally love myfitnesspal it helped me lose 20 lbs pre-op and 80 lbs post-op and I haven't had a fill. I'm always under my calorie goal. I just make sure I get enough Protein.< /p> Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Lu_11 52 Posted August 13, 2012 Special K has protien lemonaid or punch flavor to add to Water and has 4 Protein. Really taste great too. I am trying to keep at 1200 a day.
