Hi all, Im going for my 3rd fill & wondering how many ccs are in your band. I know everyone is different & I'm not trying to use this for my experience. I'm just trying to determine from real people how much it took to get to the ideal point. I have a size 14 band & have 51/2 ccs so far. I'm full for about 3hours & losing slowly, which I'm okay with. Again I know it varies based on everyone personal goals & experiences. I would love to hear real life experiences.

I just got a defill to 5.1cc in a 10cc band. I think I am at the green zone good restriction and not hungry for 3-4 hours.
