From 213 High Blood pressure I'm now 143- 144 down 69 pounds from size 16 /18 jeans now size 7 nolong on Blood pressure meds I have lost little over 13 5lb Bags of Sugar :) :D

That is awesome and it feels great. I have lost 85 since last January! I am loving life and my band too.
