Back Pain

Have always had back pain. But since the surgery (I'm almost 5 weeks post op) I have random uncomfortable back pain... mid and lower. I'm a hairdresser and it's affecting my ability to work.

I wondered if it had anything to do with not wanting to use my stomach muscles for 3-4 weeks? Anybody have feedback?

I have serious back problems and have had a few back surgeries. My back pain has increased since surgery. I blame it on being much more active and weight shifting around. and it seems to be more tolerable (?). Don't get me wrong. It is serious pain but I am motivated to lose more weight to make it better.
