I Love My Band

I was banded June 3, 2010 and I lost over 100 lbs the first year the second year I only lost about 25 lbs but I am happy I didn't gain. The band was the best decision I have ever made for my health. I would do it all over again in a heart beat I feel amazing I can run, I can play with my kids. I don't feel ashamed when I go out. I still have 50 lbs to lose to be at goal but the band does work miracles if you just stick to what your doctor tells you to do.
