i recently had a baby, put on some extra weight and now im ready to kick start my weight loss again

thanks everyone

no this is my 2nd child after 7 years so im basically starting all over

it has been a long time since i posted here and the support was great so i had to come back to where i received the best support

im looking forward to getting back on track and meeting new people
